Katelyn M. Lazarek
Attorney At Law
Early Ambitions and Academic Journey
From her early years, Katelyn was drawn to the field of law. A 2016 graduate of Holy Names Academy, she initially balanced her legal aspirations with a collegiate softball career at the University of Washington.
An unfortunate back injury ended her athletic pursuits prematurely, allowing her to focus entirely on her legal education.
Legal Training and Early Career
Katelyn laid the professional groundwork during a significant externship with Justice Stiglich at the Nevada Supreme Court in 2019. She excelled academically, graduating cum laude in 2020 from the University of Dallas, where she majored in political philosophy with a concentration in legal studies.
Beginning in 2020, she returned to Seattle to attend law school at Seattle University School of Law. Simultaneously, she joined Campiche Andrews Horne PLLC as a Rule 9 Legal Intern, managing misdemeanor cases and supporting felony case defenses.
Her efforts, alongside Partner Nicholas Andrews, led to a landmark Not Guilty verdict in a third-degree assault case in King County Superior Court.
DUI/DWI Defense Focused
Upon graduating from Seattle U Law in May 2023 and successfully passing the bar exam, Katelyn accepted a position as an Associate Attorney at Campiche Andrews Horne PLLC. In addition to her work at Campiche Andrews Horne, she is an Attorney of Counsel at Callahan Law, PS, Inc., focusing on DUI/DWI and criminal defense work for one of the most respected DUI Law Firms in Washington State.
Katelyn is deeply committed to defending individuals accused of DUI, understanding the profound impact these charges can have on their lives. She approaches each case with a unique blend of empathy and strategic precision, ensuring every client is represented with the utmost dedication and their best interests at heart.
