Daniel has over twenty-five years of jury trial experience in personal injury. His trials have included all areas of his injury practice, including medical malpractice, maritime injuries, trucking, commercial vehicle collisions, product liability, and serious work injuries.
Daniel considers his first professional job as a laser lab analyst for General Dynamics Fort Worth (now Lockheed Martin) in the material’s response research group under Dr. Ken Kibler.
He assisted in the build of the contractor-designed 10Kw CO2 laser, then set up the High Energy Laser Lab (HELL), maintaining the lab, then wrote the safety bulletin for the lab. After burning holes in advanced candidate aircraft materials for several years, Daniel went to Baylor Law School on a full academic scholarship and graduated in 1994. He has represented hundreds of clients and obtained millions for his injured clients over his career.
From trying cases to a jury, arguing a case on appeal, cooking, being an instrument-rated private pilot, fishing, hunting, and home improvement, being a good husband and father, he always gives his best.
He has worked since he was fifteen and has a reverence for those who work hard to support their families. Daniel has been married to attorney Nina Stone for two decades. They have two adult daughters and several other “adoptees” that are no less than family to them.
